Understanding Warehouse Access and Fees
Pietra offers access to our warehouse facilities as part our Launch, Launch & Grow, and Full Service subscription plans. This means you can store your items and deliveries, and utilize our full-service fulfillment services seamlessly!
What's Included:
Storage and Fulfillment: Your subscription plan grants you access to our warehouse for storing your inventory and fulfilling orders.
Understanding Item Storage and Order Fulfillment Fees:
Storage Fees: Just like with any other Third-Party Logistics (3PL) service, you will be charged for the storage space your items occupy in our warehouse. This fee is typically based on factors like the volume of space your items occupy and the duration of storage.
Order Fulfillment Fees: For each order that we fulfill on your behalf, there will be a small fulfillment fee. This fee covers the cost of picking, packing, and shipping your orders to your customers.
Shipping Costs: Additionally, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending your products to your customers. These costs will vary depending on factors such as the dimensions and weight of the package, as well as the destination it's being shipped to.
