To ensure your wholesale order meets specific requirements, use the Wholesale Requirements feature in your Creator Hub. This feature allows you to provide specific instructions to ensure your wholesales orders are processed correctly
After submitting your order manually or via upload on the Orders & Fulfillment page, be sure to Immediately place this order on hold. This pause allows you to upload any special requirements—such as receiving guidelines, carton labels, or prepaid shipping labels—before our team starts fulfillment.
After the order is submitted, go to the On Hold orders tab >> hover over View >> select Wholesale Requirements.
Add your Wholesale Order Requirements for the order. Wholesale Order Requirements might include:
Shipping documents, such as shipping labels, packing slips, pallet labels and/or carton labels
Pallet or carton dimensions and weights
Shipping costs
Courier pick up details
Additional information or attachments pertaining to this order
Click Save when complete.
After submitting your Wholesale Requirements, move the order back to the Outstanding queue for processing.
