You can view the full return status directly in Pietra:
Go to Pietra Homebase → Fulfillment → Orders & Fulfillment → Returns
Use the Show Advanced Search filter to locate a specific return.
Search the original order number or the return order number.
You’ll see the return’s current status, return tracking info, and whether it’s in transit, delivered, or completed.
Because all inventory adjustments are handled through Pietra, the Returns view in your Pietra account is the most accurate source of truth for return progress and inventory updates.
