Add to cart samples that have been purchased by Creators on the marketplace will have an international shipping charge added at checkout. Suppliers should proceed with fulfilling and shipping the order to the customer. To receive reimbursement for the cost of shipping, please email your shipping receipt to Accounting@PietraStudio.com. Payment will be immediately sent but may take 2-5 days for the funds to arrive in the international bank account.

For orders that require a custom invoice prepared by the Supplier, the Supplier should include the shipping cost in the invoice. The Supplier will be paid out for both the production order and shipping cost at the same time.
