If you ever need to submit a duplicate order for a customer or replace an order that has been lost in transit, Pietra makes it quick and simple to do so. Follow the steps below to duplicate an order.
Steps to Duplicate an Order:
Go to the All Orders tab: Log in to your Pietra account and navigate to the "All Orders" tab.
โFind the order you'd like to duplicate: Scroll through the list of fulfilled orders or use the search function to locate the specific order you need.
โView Order Details and Duplicate: In the "Actions" column next to the order, click "View" to access the order details. Then, click the "Duplicate Order" button and fill in any required details for the duplicate order. Review the information to ensure accuracy.
Submit the Duplicate Order: Once all necessary details are complete, submit the duplicate order. The duplicate order will be added to your Outstanding orders list.
