Understanding "Fulfilled" Order Status

When an order is marked as "Fulfilled" in Pietra, it means that the order has been packed and handed off to the carrier for delivery. At this stage, tracking information is generated and shared with you. If your order is a Shopify order, customers will receive an automatic notification with the tracking details.

Tracking Might Not Update Immediately

It’s normal for tracking information to take time to update. For certain carriers and shipping methods, it may take a few business days for tracking to reflect movement. Pietra has access to the same tracking details as customers and does not have access to additional tracking data.

What You Can Do

If you’re concerned that tracking information is not updating, here are some recommended actions:

  • Wait 1-2 business days: Allow time for tracking to update. This is especially true for UPS Mail Innovations, as tracking may not update until USPS has taken possession of the package for final-mile delivery.

  • Submit a warehouse ticket: If you believe the order is delayed or lost by the carrier, you can submit a ticket to the warehouse for further investigation.

  • Submit a replacement order: If the order needs to be received urgently, you can submit a replacement order through your Creator Hub. Be sure to select expedited shipping for faster delivery.

Example Scenario: If you’ve recently placed an order and it’s marked "Fulfilled" but tracking hasn't updated, we recommend waiting 1-2 business days before taking action. This is especially true if the order was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, as the tracking may not reflect movement until USPS has scanned it for the final delivery leg.

Special Notes on UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI)

For orders shipped with UPS Mail Innovations, the process is slightly different. UPS partners with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to complete the final stage of delivery. Because of this, tracking for UPS MI packages may not update until USPS takes possession of the package. This process can result in delayed tracking updates.
